Ewing House was purchased as a high-yielding, multi-tenanted Office Investment comprising of 20,000 sq ft in a prime location in the town centre.
After assessing the potential of the space, we put the building through a full redesign and refurbishment program to provide brand new offices.
Following the upgrade, the building was let to a FTSE 100 Company for a 10 year term at a rental reflecting a 10% annual yield.
The property was later sold on, creating over £1 million uplift in value and a significant return on client’s investment.
