The Barker Buildings show home launch was a shining success!
Last Saturday, 29th May 2021, saw the show home at The Barker Buildings open to prospective buyers in Northampton, providing an opportunity to experience an example home with all of the same finishes that can be expected throughout the development.
Despite the unpredictable hail and storm showers during the week, the weather cleared up just in time for the launch and the sun shone through the crittall-style windows into the beautiful, professionally decorated rooms.
The ‘Barker Buildings show home is a bright and spacious one bedroom, ground floor apartment showcasing the quality, style and high specification finish being offered. Expert advice and available recommended partners information is all on display to assist in the decision-making process
A fantastic turnout
It was especially rewarding to witness the enthusiastic reactions from visitors, and we are pleased to announce that several units had been reserved by the end of the first day. The Barker Buildings have occupants!
The subsequent week has seen more and more visitors, and we have decided to accommodate some ‘walkarounds’ within the site to allow eager parties to stand inside their desired apartment and encourage off-plan sales. This has worked fantastically well and we saw how much people enjoyed donning a hard hat and seeing the construction of their future home in progress.
