The Barker Buildings featured in Northampton Chronicle
Our latest development in Northampton, The Barker Buildings, has been a long time in the making. Previously a disused factory, standing empty for almost a decade, falling into disrepair and attracting anti-social behaviour, will finally reopen its doors as a newly renovated selection of loft-style apartments. We are so proud that this regeneration of a heritage factory building will breath new life into the area.
Last Friday the Northampton Chronicle & Echo gave us a feature in their publication and we are so pleased with the write up and the responses we have received since. The Chronicle is a mainstay in the local area with a large and loyal readership. They were good enough to report on The Barker Buildings all the way back when we were granted planning permission by Northampton Council in September 2019, and this feels like full circle!
To finally be announcing the launch of our showhome in May is the beginning of the next chapter for this development, and we cannot wait to welcome prospective purchasers to experience what we’ve created.
We have partnered with LOFT Interiors to present an example home where visitors can see the design and finishes that will be reflected throughout the building.

The showhome will be open in May and those who would like to book an appointment can do so by contacting our sales agents, Edward Knight, on 01604 632433 or email barkerbuildings@edwardknight.co.uk. See you soon!
